Acceptance and authority

By using GroupSalesKit you agree to these terms. If you use it for a hotel, company or other organization, you confirm you can agree for it.

If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, its users, what you upload or publish, who you share links with, and keeping sign-in details safe.

Keep your account, billing and contact details accurate, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized access.

Your content and data

You own your hotel files, photos, marks, facts, contacts and other content.

You let us host, copy, process, display and send your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

We process personal information in your content on your instructions, as our Privacy Policy describes. A data processing agreement is available on request.

We do not use your content to train AI models. We may use de-identified, combined usage information to run and improve the service and to report trends that never identify you, your hotel or your buyers.

You confirm you have the rights to upload, process, publish and share your content, including images, logos, menus, venue materials and contact details.

AI drafts and approval

GroupSalesKit can draft facts and copy from your materials with automated tools, including AI.

Drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You review, edit and approve what is published, and you keep it current.

Bookings between hotels and buyers

GroupSalesKit gives a hotel and its buyer a shared place for a booking’s documents, messages and deadlines. Agreements, deposits, card authorizations, payments and cancellation fees are between the hotel and the buyer. GroupSalesKit is not a party to them, does not process their payments, and is not responsible for whether either side performs.

Acceptable use

Don’t use GroupSalesKit to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, try to get unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of it, pretend to be someone else, or publish unlawful, misleading, confidential or unauthorized content.

Don’t use it to send spam, harass people, or collect or expose guest, employee, buyer or event information improperly.

Trials, subscriptions, billing and cancellation

New accounts start with a free trial. The length is shown at sign-up (currently 30 days) and no card is needed. If you choose a plan during the trial, the first charge waits until the trial ends. If the trial ends without a plan, the workspace stops until you choose one and published links may be turned off.

Plans, prices, included users and features are shown at sign-up, on our pricing page or in an order form. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel any time in billing settings or by emailing info@groupsaleskit.com. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid.

Payments are generally non-refundable. If GroupSalesKit doesn’t work as described because of a genuine service problem, email info@groupsaleskit.com; we review refund requests case by case and issue them when approved or when the law requires.

We give at least 30 days’ email notice before a price change affects your plan.

Service changes and availability

We add, change and sometimes retire features as the product develops. We work to keep the service available but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Links, QR codes, signatures and cards also depend on browsers, email programs and other services outside our control.

Intellectual property and copyright notices

GroupSalesKit, its software, design, templates and documentation belong to GroupSalesKit or its licensors. These terms don’t transfer them to you.

If you believe content on GroupSalesKit infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@groupsaleskit.com with the work, where it appears, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We remove infringing content and may close accounts of repeat infringers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

GroupSalesKit is not responsible for lost deals, buyer decisions, facts you approved, content you published, or misuse of links you shared.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.

Each side’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid GroupSalesKit in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to your payment obligations, to indemnity, or to a breach of confidentiality.

Indemnity, suspension and termination

You will defend and indemnify GroupSalesKit against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or the law.

We may suspend or end access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, legal risk or a material breach of these terms.

When an account ends, its workspaces and public links may be turned off. You can ask for an export before then; deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not settled informally go to the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee, unless the law requires otherwise.

For a material change to these terms, we email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using the service after that date means you accept the change.
